Recently, I’ve developed a playful habit with my friends. When I can’t find the exact word I want to say, I humorously replace it with a made-up word: “Shliglug.” With my friends’ encouragement, this word has evolved to include variations based on Hebrew: “Shluglug” and “Shliglugim.” This phenomenon highlights the small gap that exists between our abstract thoughts and the words we ultimately choose to describe them.
